How do I choose my sizes?

For this product it only has one size

When will my order ship?

Our wetsuits that are in stock can be shipped in 3 days after the order is placed. Clothes that are not in stock generally take 20 days to make, and custom-made suits take 30 days to make.
If you want to order an item but need it urgently, you can ask for a priority production (depending on availability), which takes 3-5 days. Please contact us by e-mail at support@trudive.com to see if priority production is currently available for your selected time frame.

Do I have to pay taxes for my purchase?

Please note that import duties and taxes may be applied by your local authority. Local import duties and taxes are levied by the carrier on behalf of the local customs authority. Trudive is not liable for any local import duties or taxes.

Can I cancel my order?

All paid order are automatically queued for production, please contact us at support@trudive.com within 24 hours of purchase if you wish to cancel.

Warranty Terms

If you receive a wetsuit that does not match your order, please contact us within 24 hours, take a photo of the wetsuit and the invoice information and send it to support@trudive.com If the damage to the wet suit is caused by man-made damage, Trudive will be unable to honor the warranty.
