Processing & Handling Time

Our wetsuits that are in stock can be shipped in 2-3 business days after the order is placed. Items that are not in stock generally take 20 days to make, and custom-made suits take 30 days to make. Higher value wetsuits are usually made-to-order to ensure our high quality standards. If you want to order an item but need it urgently, you can ask for a priority production (depending on availability), which takes 3-5 days. Please contact us at the perviously mentioned email or WhatsApp to see if priority production is currently available for your selected time frame.

Orders are typically processed within 2-3 business days. During high-demand periods, processing times may be extended. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.

What is the estimated delivery time?

Our express couriers typically deliver your package during 5-10 business days within Asia and 5-15 business days worldwide outside of Asia, depending on the speed of courier delivery at the destination.
