Do you have special discounts for clubs/associations? Plus

Trudive offers special discounts and conditions for clubs, associations, and government agencies! If you wish to place an order for your club or association, we kindly ask you to send all your information via email using our contact page.

Once your club or association is registered, we'll be able to forward special pricing and offers. We look forward to working with you!

To which countries do you ship to? Plus

Worldwide! If your country cannot be selected as a delivery country, please contact us. We will happily double-check if we are able to ship to your location

Can I cancel my order? Plus

All paid orders are automatically queued for shipping or production. Please use our contact page or WhatsApp within 24 hours of purchase if you wish to cancel.

Product Warranty Plus

If you receive a wetsuit that does not match your order, please contact us within 24 hours. To assist us in resolving the issue quickly, kindly take a photo of the wetsuit along with the invoice details and send them to support@trudive.com.

Please note that if the wetsuit shows any damage caused by mishandling or improper use, we will be unable to process a return or exchange.

Return Policy Plus

As each wetsuit is handmade and customized, we do not offer exchanges or returns (unless covered by warranty) on any of our products. For warranty-related concerns, please see the related section.

Do I have to pay taxes on my purchase? Plus

Import duties and taxes may be applied by your local authorities. These charges are assessed by the carrier on behalf of the local customs authority. Unfortunately, we have no control over these fees and are not responsible for any local import duties or taxes that may be imposed.

What if my order was damaged in delivery?  Plus

We take great care in packaging each order to ensure your merchandise arrives in perfect condition, ready to provide you with years of enjoyment. That said, we strongly recommend inspecting your package upon receipt. If your order is damaged, please contact our Customer Service Department immediately for further assistance.
